該文報(bào)道了通過在鈣鈦礦MAPbI3添加天然辣椒素,首次直接觀察到缺陷鈍化過程中MAPbI3表面區(qū)域從p到n型的完全轉(zhuǎn)變過程,這歸因于鈣鈦礦活性層中p-n同質(zhì)結(jié)的自發(fā)形成。在鈣鈦礦中加入辣椒素后,MAPbI3的功函數(shù)降低了470 meV,費(fèi)米能級(jí)與價(jià)帶頂?shù)牟钪狄矎?.55 eV變化為1.03 eV,表明MAPbI3的表面發(fā)生了P-N型的完全轉(zhuǎn)變(圖1C)。
